President

TAAL DC is led by reputable personalities in the areas of services, management, and construction. The Company President, Mr. Gerard A. Ceballos, has been engaged in the services and property development and management business since 1999. He has steered and managed several successful property management companies including North Bel-Air Residences, Inc., 88 Bel-Air Residences, Inc., and Solabe Holdings Corporation. His education, training, and expertise in management and development have been key to the steadfast growth of his property development companies.

Atty. Wharton R. Chan

Vice President

He is the Owner and General Manager of WRC Construction and General Merchandise. His vast experience in the field of construction and development provides TAAL DC with the blueprint for sustained growth and success. WRC Construction, established in 2015, provides construction and development services to both public and private agencies, including the Department of Public Works and Highways. WRC Construction built the Skatepark and BMX Race Track located in Tagaytay City which were used as the official skateboarding and BMX games venues during the 2019 SEAGAMES hosted by the Philippines. The projects mentioned are in addition to the numerous local roads, bridges, and multipurpose buildings completed by WRC Construction. He established a credible reputation in the construction development industry and continues to grow and expand in resources under the visionary leadership of Atty. Wharton Chan.

Mr. Aizack Brent Tolentino is one of the youngest heirs of the esteemed Tolentino family of Tagaytay City, upon whom credit is given for the transformation of this humble ridge community into one of the country’s leading eco-tourism hubs and a rapidly growing economic center for the Province of Cavite.
