Job Description
The Project Site Auditor serves as the company’s eyes and ears on the ground—conducting audits directly at the project location to assess construction progress, compliance, financial integrity, and risk exposure. This role is critical in promoting transparency, efficiency, and quality across all real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits on-site
- Inspect construction quality, materials, and adherence to plans
- Validate project timelines, accomplishments, and budget usage
- Identify risks and report discrepancies with recommendations
- Prepare concise audit reports with documented findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project auditing or construction oversight
- Strong knowledge of real estate development and compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills
