Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with project requirements and site conditions
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to architectural standards
- Review and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for architectural work items
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to address on-site concerns
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in the building construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2023 version), SketchUp, and estimating
- Preferably with valid COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification
